Project Description
Karad MIDC's newest addition doesn't look like a typical production shed. Aaheli Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. built a 1,50,000 sq. ft. facility here with a multi-story front block that reads more like a corporate headquarters than a factory floor. That was the point.
At ₹31 crores, the brief asked for a plant that could handle production, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance on the back end, while presenting a buttoned-up face on the street. Geometrix worked both problems as one design, not two, so the facade isn't decoration bolted onto an industrial box.
Evening lighting along the row of windows and a landscaped entry drive finish the effect — a site that looks occupied by a company that plans to stay.
