Project Description
At 72,000 sq. ft., Aaryvaan Pharmaceuticals' plant in Verna is the smallest site in this set. Verna's industrial estate is also one of the few zones in Goa built for this kind of manufacturing. ₹14.4 crores doesn't leave room for excess. Geometrix built the layout around production first, then fit quality control and admin space into what was left, without crowding the process floor. Regulatory compliance and day-to-day efficiency drove every call on the plan. A night shot shows the finished building lit from inside, glass frontage glowing against a dark sky — not the image most people associate with Goa, but one its industrial estates need more of.
