Project Description
A warehouse lives or dies by its trucks. DP World's 1,78,000 sq. ft. facility in Ghana had to move cargo in, hold it securely, and send it out again without the yard clogging up. At ₹54 crores, Geometrix started with truck circulation: approach roads, loading bays, turning space, and a clear route out. The storage hall and office block were fitted around that movement. Security got the same early attention. Gate control, sightlines across the yard, and a controlled entry point were planned into the layout from the first sketch. Geometrix handled both the design and the visualization, so the client could see the finished site, trucks and all, before anything was built.
