Project Description
Glumax makes pharmaceutical and healthcare products, and its 60,000 sq. ft. plant in Thane sits close enough to the road that the entrance matters as much as the production floor. The ₹12 crore budget set a clear limit. Geometrix spent it on a two-storey block with the production line where it needs to be, quality compliance built into the layout, and a front worth walking up to. A covered entry canopy, a landscaped frontage, and parking on site mean a visiting distributor or inspector arrives somewhere that looks like an established company. Behind that front, the plant does its work. Thane's industrial belt has hosted pharma and healthcare units for a long time. Glumax adds a compact, well-kept plant to it.
