Project Description
Hemnil Metal's plant in Chakan is 35,000 sq. ft. and cost ₹7 crores. Metal work needs a big clear shed, and that's what takes up most of the footprint. Geometrix built the shed first. Wide clear spans, truck access at the side, and room for material to come in and finished parts to go out. The office wing was added after, a smaller glazed block at the front corner with the company name on it. That small wing carries the corporate presence. Clients and suppliers walk in through it, so it got proper lighting, landscaping, and a clean entry. The shed behind it stays a working building. Chakan is Pune's engineering and auto-components belt, and a metal fabricator fits right in.
