Project Description
Navin Fluorine International Limited's 2,10,000 sq. ft. facility sits in Dewas, part of Madhya Pradesh's growing chemical and fluorochemical manufacturing base. ₹72 crores bought more than a production shed. The brief asked for a plant where staff amenities weren't squeezed in around the manufacturing footprint, but planned alongside it from the start. Geometrix worked the production layout, the office block, the amenity spaces, and the facade as a single site plan. Walk the campus and it reads as one operation, not a factory with an office wedged onto the side. Chemical manufacturers have been building out Dewas for years now, and Navin Fluorine's facility is a fairly direct product of that regional momentum.
