Project Description
At 1,35,000 sq. ft., Welex Laboratories Pvt. Ltd.'s campus in MIDC Tarapur is the smallest site in this set, and the smallest site is usually the harder planning problem, not the easier one. ₹32 crores on a tight footprint means every square foot has a job. There's no room for a workflow layout that wastes space or a facade that's an afterthought. Geometrix built the plan around that constraint: production workflow first, flexible workspace fitted around it, and a facade designed to carry a serious corporate presence despite the compact scale. MIDC Tarapur keeps drawing mid-sized pharma manufacturers who want the industrial zone's infrastructure without committing to a campus the size of Geometrix's larger Tarapur project next door.
