Key Responsibilities

  • ● Knowledge of civil works.
  • ● Proficiency in handling software like AutoCAD, sketch up, lumeon, Microsoft Office and emails.
  • ● Design and develop architectural plans, specifications, and construction documents for commercial projects.
  • ● Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • ● Conduct site surveys, prepare feasibility studies, and develop design concepts.
  • ● Create detailed construction drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections and details.
  • ● Supervise construction projects to ensure adherence to design specifications and building codes.
  • ● Prepare BOQs.
  • ● Prepare 3D views.
  • ● Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in architectural design and construction.

Requirements

  • ● Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
  • ● Strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methods.
  • ● Proficient in architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, Lumeon, and SketchUp.
  • ● Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • ● Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
