Project Description

Three functions, one plot. Ciron Drugs & Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd.'s 2,25,000 sq. ft. facility in MIDC Tarapur had to fit manufacturing, quality control, and corporate operations onto a single site without any one of them getting in the way of the other two. At ₹54 crores, that meant strict separation where the process demanded it, particularly between the QC labs and the production floor, while still keeping the whole campus feeling like one company rather than three departments sharing an address. Geometrix planned the manufacturing and QC blocks first, then carried a consistent corporate front through the facade, so the building presents Ciron's identity from the street rather than just its function. MIDC Tarapur has been a pharma manufacturing address in Maharashtra for decades. Ciron's plant slots into that established belt rather than trying to stand apart from it.
